Shipping policy

Dune Raider Adventure sells guided desert tours and travel experiences across Egypt, not physical products, so no items are shipped or delivered by courier. This policy explains how your booking is confirmed and delivered instead.

 

Booking Confirmation

Once your deposit is received, you will get a written confirmation by email or WhatsApp with your itinerary, pickup details, and guide contact information. The minimum time required to reserve your spot on any program is 24-36 hours before departure.

 

Pickup & Trip Start

Most programs begin with a pickup from your hotel or a central Cairo meeting point, confirmed with you before departure. Exact pickup times are shared 24-48 hours ahead based on your program and group size.

 

Digital Documents

Booking confirmations, itineraries, and receipts are delivered digitally by email or WhatsApp. No physical shipping or tracking numbers apply to any Dune Raider Adventure program.
